Overview

Badgers, a B2B procurement platform, was experiencing inefficiencies in how its team sourced and contacted suppliers. Their internal process relied heavily on manual research to identify suppliers, match them to product requests, and initiate communication—resulting in significant time loss and inconsistent outcomes.

To solve this, we developed a custom AI-driven engine that automates the supplier discovery process. The solution analyzes a product search, intelligently matches it to available supplier offerings, and initiates contact with relevant suppliers—greatly reducing sourcing time and effort. The system was built for scalability, with robust backend infrastructure and reporting to support ongoing optimization.
